This Privacy Policy describes the privacy policies and procedures of Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your information and data on and through this website and any of its sub-domains (collectively, “Sites”). This Privacy Policy only governs information collected by us on these Sites. You understand that by using or the services available through these Sites (“Services”) you agree to the terms of both this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

The personally identifiable information we collect may include your name, address, zip code, phone number, email address, and other identifying information, and may also include information about vehicles you own (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). We collect PII in a number of different ways and from a number of different sources. We collect PII you provide us through our Sites or when using certain aspects of our Services. We may also collect PII from our authorized vendors, as well as information we obtain from third party databases (collectively, our “Partners”).

We may also collect usage information about how our Sites and Services are accessed and used. This may include information such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, type of device used, pages on our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic and geographic information for aggregate use.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your PII to provide information you request about our products or services, to respond to your inquiries, and to customize information and advertising that we believe may be of interest to you. Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® will not sell, share, or rent your PII to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

We may also use your PII to provide you with marketing materials, as well as other information we believe may be relevant to you. We also may use remarketing services to advertise to you on third party websites, such as Google, Twitter and Facebook and their partners. To control or opt out of any of their ad services, or to review their privacy policies, please visit their sites.

Sharing:

Your PII may be shared with our Partners, and may also be disclosed to third parties who work with us, our affiliates, or Partners. We may also work with third parties that provide certain functions or services on our behalf, such as marketing or communications. The information shared is generally not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. However, Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® may send emails, texts or mail about special offers at the Dealership or other offers or information that may be of interest to the user based on the information we collect. Additionally, Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® uses an outside company (such as UPS, USPS, Fed Ex. etc.) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not to our knowledge, retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use PII except for the purpose of providing these services.

Vehicle Quote Requests:
In order to obtain a vehicle price quote, you must first complete a Quote Request Form. You are required to give you contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address). This information is used to contact you and provide the quote or other information that you have requested. It is optional for you to provide financial information, but can be done so that Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® can review and pre-qualify you for financing if you are interested. All PII obtained via the quote request form is encrypted during data transfer for security purposes.

Information is requested from you on the online shopping order form. Here you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If Cape Cod Harley-Davidson® has trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. All PII obtained via the order form is encrypted during data transfer for security purposes.
