EXAMPLE:
You're buying a bike priced at $30,000.
The Estimated value after 4 years (residual value) is $15,000, That $15,000 becomes your balloon payment.
Your monthly payments are based on the other $15,000, making them much lower than a traditional loan.
At the end of the 48 month term, you can 1) pay the $15,000 balloon and keep the bike or 2) Refinance the
balloon or, 3) Trade it in for a new Harley-Davidson or, 4) Return the bike.
