Outrageously great Service!
I wrote a review for Cape Cod Harley-Davidson before this, but the service that I just received from them warrants an update. Any of us who ride motorcycles will understand how incredibly excited we get on the first day of the riding season. well yesterday, Wednesday,March 29 was the first day of the riding season for me. Roman who heads up the service department and is a virtual encyclopedia Britannica (remember those hahaha) when it comes to HD motorcycles ...scheduled a front-to-back for my trike, Chris, the master mechanic, and an absolute magician when it comes to HD motors , did all of the necessary adjustments for the coming riding season and Kevin who has always treated me with such kindness did the honors of delivering my trike. After Kevin left I leathered up and got ready to go for my first ride of the season however, the trike would not start! To say that I was disappointed is a gross understatement I was pretty well F-ING FREAKED OUT! Any other dealership would've told you "well it started when we delivered it ...so you must've done something to cause it not to start" or some other BS, but not Cape CodHarley-Davidson. As busy as they are Roman asked Kevin to drive all the way back to Falmouth and brought me a brand-new battery, on the house. Now that service folks! You simply will not find that kind of service at any other Harley dealership ...at least I sure as hell haven't! Over the years Harley-dealerships have gotten a bad rap, and in every case that I was involved with... it's justified! They suck when it comes to service, they're hopeless at helping you out when you're in a jam and they are the absolute f-ing worst when it comes to scheduling and getting things done on time for you. But not Cape Cod Harley-Davidson! I have been around for coming up on 75 years, 60 of those years I was on two wheels, starting with a Pan Head and just bought a trike last year as a preemptive strike against the possible loss of balance as I got older. I bought this trike new from Cape Cod Harley-Davidson, also another first for me. I've not been prone to buying new bikes and my brain works better on a 6-volt system than a 12 V if that gives you an idea of how freaking old I am. I've also neglected to tell you that I'ma female... females and Harley dealerships have never been a great combination until now. I'm always treated with as much respect if not more than the guys... I'm listened to, never ever given any condescending BS and they follow my requests without exception or question. So I don't care where you live there is absolutely no other Harley dealership on planet Earth that I would ever do business with other than Cape Cod Harley-Davidson. If you want a personal reference just give me a call. Most people know me in the area as I am a local artist and own an art gallery in Teaticket, Falmouth, O'Malley -Keyes Fine Art in Teaticket MA. My studio phone number is on my website capecodartgallery.com. Anyway, this is a little long-winded but I wanted to make sure that I mentioned everyone who deserved appropriate accolades. Speaking of which Bob, the owner of Cape Cod Harley-Davidson is a wicked nice guy. Thaz all folks, I'm back to the easel painting a commission... until tomorrow... if it's not pouring rain , when I'll be riding my trike thanks to Cape Cod Harley-Davidson! Finally got the Road King
Been riding Harley's for about 25 years, mostly Softails. Always had an itch for a touring model, the Road King fits my riding style the best. Finally pulled the trigger at Cape Cod HD and bought a new Road King. The entire staff, from sales, service, parts, and purchasing made the transaction easy. I have been enjoying the bike/ride and definitely recommend Cape Cod HD to anyone looking for a bike and/or for service.

Always helpful to the nth degree.
Whenever I or my husband Donald have had our bikes in for service we have been very pleased with the work and the service personnel. Ryan is our go-to guy for parts and accessories, always helpful to the nth degree.
Jodi, Oak Bluffs MA
Ryan IS the reason I buy my parts at CCHD. Karen knows what bikers want and wear and stocks it in both stores.
The enthusiasm and professionalism from the staff was above reproach
I just purchased a new Fat Boy Lo and I could have not had a better experience. The enthusiasm and professionalism from the staff was above reproach. My experiences making vehicle purchases has been far short of easy going, so this time was great. Sean, Jim, and Liam can be summed up in a single word; awesome. On a return trip we had another great experience with the marketing director. In summary my money and business will continue to go to Cape Cod Harley.

Mark this place on your bucket list
THANK YOU to all the staff… especially Eric and Jim.. I rented a bike for the day and found the experience very enjoyable. The bike was ready on time, Eric allowed me to adjust the rental period to a half day, demonstrated the bike features, ensured I was comfortable, and provided some spots for lunch. After the ride, we talked to Jim in sales… what a remarkable dude! He took the time to discuss a variety of models, pros and cons
That applied to me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area and especially if your on Cape Cod for vacation. Mark this place on your bucket list.

My 2009 Electra Glide needed two new tires and a 15,000 mile service along with resolution to a radio problem I was having. Cape Cod Harley CCH was running a special offering free service if I purchased the tires from them. Knowing that the service alone would be expensive I decided to purchase the tires and scheduled the service with Eric when the tires came in. A brief window of nice weather in early march allowed me to get my bike in to CCH so they could get started on it. I always like to have my Harley ready to ride the minute the warm weather arrives so I was really excited when Eric called me from service to say they were able to complete the 15,000 mile service, replace the tires and resolve the radio issue and that I could pick it up anytime.
The free service for the tire installation really helped with the cost of service and being able to use the rewards points I had accumulated on my H-D Visa card made it even nicer. If you own a Harley you know what the sound and the feel of your Harley does to you. After not being able to ride during the cold and snowy winter it was great to get back on my Electra Glide and take the long way home. CCH did an outstanding job on everything! My bike rides great thanks to the expert service techs at CCH. The engine sounds and runs like new, and I swear the radio picks up more radio stations than it did when it was new. The new Dunlop Elite tires really grab the road on turns and ride nice and smooth. Thank you to all the great people at Cape Cod Harley for the free tire installation and making my bike ride like new again.

Thank you very much
Karen was absolutely great! I bought the wrong size shirt for my boyfriend while vacationing in Cape Cod and she was able to locate the shirt in another store. She was pleasant and so helpful. I thought I was going to be stuck with a wrong size shirt being in New York and she was able to rectify my issue. Thank you very much :)

Sales person J.Tripp was very good during all 3 purchases. Sales of extra options by another individual was too aggressive selling LoJack (which apparently will not work where I live) and extended warranties. Service has been good and my one experience with roadside service was excellent. The local H.O.G. group has been a great source for many great rides over the last few years.

Bought my ride in 1999 had great fun just sold it this fall hope to see you in the spring to buy my new ride

Thanks for making many dreams come true
Harley-Davidson is and of itself a testament of time, quality, and American Pride. However I am disappointed they had to have a recall in the rear brake light switch as it is an inconvenience and a disappointment. Clearly Harley does care about its clientele and over a quarter of a million touring bikes to be worked on is no easy feat so Merry Christmas and thanks for making many dreams come true. Stay red, white and blue and God Bless all who are in service of protecting these United States. Semper Fi!
