These folks installed cruise control in my 2016 Fatboy Lo, and everything went smoothly I’m super happy. This dealership is hands down the most efficient Harley Davidson dealer I’ve ever visited! An hour from me but it will be my go to moving forward. The dealer near me sucks terribly so was happy to find CCH! Other HD Dealers should pay close attention to this one. Thanks to Roman and the guy in service who hooked me up! Would give ten stars ⭐️ if I could! Bring your bike here, you won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻

Installed stage 2 s&s camkit and was fully informed of how and whats best along with it. Chris informed me that wideband O2 sensors from thundermax tuner kit was heavily advised. Pricey but so worth it. Rings from kit known to be underperforming and pinch. Chris took it right in and switched over to all scremin eagle rings. Bike runs insanely well now. Couldn't be more pleased with the fellas.

I had not been t. o this dealership in many years. I was working in the area. I was looking for a part that other dealers told me I could not get. I figured it was worth a shot so I stopped in. I pleasantly greeted by the parts person. He told me the item i was searching for was obsolete, He went the extra mine looked some things up for me and had a solution in ten minuets. It doesn't sound like much, but when you have spent hundreds of thousand of dollars on Harley Davidson and had to deal with rude, condescending know it all parts people over the years this was a nice change. Whenever I need any part for my bikes Cape Cod Harley Davidson will always be my first call.

Ask For AJ in sales he’s eager to get you onto a new motorcycle!! Overall the Staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get parts very quickly and easily for my new bike and learned a lot about Harley products from the retail team. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything, and the crew was able to assist getting the bike registered and out the door same day! The service team also replaced the worn grips that were on the used bike, with new ones! They are definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new or pre owned motorcycle!

This location was amazing! We left the West Bridgewater Harley store in horror. We drove an extra hour to this location and were SOO impressed. They instantly acknowledged us and Connie was so helpful!
Connie gave us boxes to put all the bells we bought into for my step dads birthday! She was very quick yet relatable! Perfect amount of service but conversation!
They also had a ton of merchandise and bikes! As we were leaving we also were asked how our experience was from multiple other employees! Very different from being ignored by 5 people at the last location!!

In my humble opinion after 62 years riding motorcycles and doing business with Harley dealerships and aftermarket motorcycle shops, I can honestly say that Cape Cod Harley Davidson stands out as a premier destination for motorcycle enthusiasts and casual riders alike. This dealership not only offers a wide selection of motorcycles, both new and pre-owned, but also excels in customer service and mechanical support. The atmosphere is welcoming, making every visit a delightful experience something that as a 77-year-old woman rider has not always been the case but it sure is at CCHD! I’ve been treated like family at this dealership and you’d need to be a totally unreasonable pain in the arse to not be treated the same!
Unlike any other dealership I’ve done biz with CCHD never, ever gives you the high-pressure run around. The sales team at Cape Cod Harley Davidson is exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles and those of us who love them! The service department at Cape Cod Harley Davidson is the bomb! The first guy you’ll meet in the service department is Roman. This fella knows his S^%T!!! He knows that you wanted your bike ready yesterday and will do everything he can to make it happen! Be good to him! He has a tough job especially during the riding season, so plan your trip to service in time and not the friggin morning that you need your bike up and running!
Every year like clockwork I have a front to back checkup of my ride. This is where Chris comes in! This guy? He’s a mechanical rocket scientist and knows exactly what to do to keep your beloved ride healthy for the next long run. Chris is a real joy to work with and his deep knowledge of motors, suspension and absolutely everything motorcycle have instilled tangible confidence in me to take my ride anywhere with total confidence!
The parts department is where you’ll find yourself looking for wicked cool additions to your already cool bike, upgrades, real HD replacement parts and a wicked good-natured guy, Parts Guru, encyclopedic and total brainiac Ryan! If you can describe it? He knows what the part number is!

A Fabulous place that just happens to be a dealership!
As a 76 year old female… I am not your standard Harley rider, to say the least. But what I can tell you is that I have historically, over 64 years of riding Harley’s, stayed as far away from dealerships as humanly possible!
That all changed the day I walked into Cape Cod Harley-Davidson in Pocasset. I have never in my life been treated with such respect and kindness by every individual there. To a Man/Woman, these folks really know their stuff! I’ve actually purchased a new Trike from them and I can tell you that I got the best deal around!!!
Here’s a for instance of the type of service you can bank on getting at Cape Cod Harley-Davidson Pocasset MA. I called and asked if someone could please pick up my trike for winter storage (after 62 years on 2 wheels, 2 years ago I purchased a Trike) and what does this amazing dealership do for me? The owner, that’s right I said the owner of Cape Cod Harley-Davidson in Pocasset came to my home to pick up my trike for me. Bob, who owns this Harley-Davidson dealership could not have been nicer upon pickup.
Here’s another for instance: after my trike arrives at the dealership the head of service who is a super nice guy named Roman calls me and tells me that the battery on my trike is reading that it needs to be replaced. Instead of behaving like any other dealership I’ve run away from over the years who would automatically charge me for a new battery, Roman informs me that he thinks that it may be covered by warranty, so he went the extra step, to make that happen, I mean who does that?
If you have any thoughts of purchasing a new or used Harley or need the very best mechanic around for a Harley that you already own (That would be Chris, the head mechanic and motor genius!) or are looking for the most expansive parts department headed up by the brilliant parts Guru Ryan or a massive array of motor clothes then run, don’t walk to Cape Cod Harley Davidson in Pocasset MA! These guys are worth the drive no matter where you are and everyone there will treat you like one of the family! It’s a special place that just happens to be, a dealership! Amazing!
